Granelli's Pizzeria in Castle Rock, where it's all about the toppings. What is true Chicago style pizza- thin crust with toppings under the cheese, cut into squares. At Granelli's we use a blend of 3 different types of mozzarella cheeses, each with specific purpose served over our handmade top-secret sauce. We also offer a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pastas and desserts and lunch special and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
